After having bachelors and Master degree we are ready to do something for earnings, so there are generally some choices at that time. First “Establish own business”, if you have sufficient funds. Second, “find a job” Third, you should start a job and save money in order to start your business later. Personally i Prefer own business over job. For the purpose, I would like to present logical reasons, why own business is preferable.
In fact, there is no limit for earning money. In business, the more you work the more you get — you will be the source to support many people in your circle, family, and others. Additionally, you have no time restrictions in business. For instance, sometimes we are willing to work and sometimes not — so, we can work anytime we want.
The identity is very important in life. While you are doing your own business you are making your own identity which could lead you to numerous fruitful outcomes. Another exciting aspect of business is; you set your goals and work to achieve them in your own way whereas, in job you have to follow others` goal with no reason.
Reporting to someone is very difficult for some people .if you are executing own business; You do not have to report someone because you are the boss of yours and this is also pleasure having no boss. In this way, you can work more independently and produce desirable results — for attaining your goals you need to plan and then build team and let all work together for one mission and analyze situations and push everyone to succeed accordingly. While you are working with team you will learn a skill that how to build a team and how to deal every member who work with you for mutual benefits. Don’t consider your employee only a worker. If you think about their benefits and understand their problems they will work with you sincerely for the longer run.in any business win to win policy is better.
Last but not the least, in business you do not have to retire. Keep working till the time you want. I think those who keep working; they never get older. And as much a person uses brain as nicely and properly it works.
Following your dream has a good attraction than following for others.
Those who can work for others; they can also work for themselves too — I think ,this is the right choice.
