Usually people eat fruits after having lunch and dinner . in fact , the best time to eat fruits is before half an hour of lunch or dinner. eating Fruits earlier than meal timings gives you better digestive system and strengthen you — because if you eat after meal you need some time for digesting food and then fruits. and you must have seasonal and fresh fruits on daily basis for healthy life.There are number of people they do not like to have fruits instead they like juices of fruits — this is also healthier but without chemicals. i mean those juices you get from market mostly they are mixed with chemical, apparently they look like fresh but not useful for your health. rather better make it at your home.

we should not fix vegetables in the fridge and cook later. in fact, the best time to buy vegetables is early morning and then cook it in the same day and eat it for better health.
