It is believed that stress reduce the productivity of the person .what is stress?? This question has many answers but I think it is natural feeling which is faced by every normal person. Let`s say, some people have multiple tasks to do at the same time – if they are not done timely or as expected so they feel stress. Some students do not get desired result in any of their exams so they might feel stress. In fact, any of the things which goes against our nature or willingness it gives stress to us whether it is a bad attitude of a person or any sort of loss.

Let`s move to other aspect of this topic. Due to stress we cannot be comfortable and happy and that leads to disappointment in life even it directly reflects in our lives due to which our success and creativity effected. To avoid stress there are things to do which is mentioned below:

  • Regular physical exercise
  • Involve in any outdoor game
  • Sharing issues with people
  • Spend some time alone
  • Sleep properly
  • Have desired food
  • Visit different places
  • Plan your life

By implementing above things we May reduce maximum percentage of stress but can never finish it because it is natural phenomena.
