There are many people doing a job for many years in one organization but they are unable to find out their passion due to which they are not satisfied with their job and life even though years have been spent.
For the purpose, we have to know our interest since our childhood. Such as, some people like to ask many questions all the time, some people good at numerical skills, some people like to interact with different people, some people like to travel a lot, some people like to work in a peaceful and isolated environment, and some people like to lead the team. Those people ask so many questions they have to choose a field where they want to learn and grow, and those who are good at numerical skills they are usually successful in accounts and finance field. And those who like to interact with people sales and marketing, teaching suits them and those who like to travel a lot they are more flexible for the job where relocation is required and those who like to work in a peaceful environment they are usually creative.
Having viewed above examples one should try to know what actually he wants and then he should try to do the work in the same field then after he will feel satisfaction , learn and grow whether it is a business or a job. Once a person has right direction in his desired field so definitely he will excel to right path.
